After your free initial consultation, we will charge on an hourly basis plus a travel fee. Please call for our most current hourly rates. Mindful Bill management will save you time, money and stress if you find yourself paying bank charges, late fees or overdraft fees.


What is your Privacy Policy?

All client’s information is kept strictly confidential and this information is to be used only in the Owner’s home, business office, or a designated meeting place. The Owner must agree to any exception to this policy. All hard files are kept in client’s homes, and electronic files are kept secure and password protected.


Will I lose my financial independence if I hire Mindful Bill Management?

No, Mindful Bill Management will only take over what the client needs. The client will still have 100% power over accounts and still have signature authority. Mindful Bill management is here to make our clients lives easier, so we will only provide services that the client desires.


Will I still need to hire other financial and legal representatives?

Yes, Although Mindful Bill Management will be happy to work with your financial and legal representatives, daily money managers are not accountants or lawyers.
